Expatriate Tucsonans and even current Tucsonans will appreciate this one. On the news they said that this was the most water flowing through the Rillito in recorded history. I don't know if that's true, and it sounds odd since it's flooded before, but that's what they said on the local NBC affiliate today at 5:00 pm.
